Users can speak their tasks naturally, and our AI automatically organizes, prioritizes, and schedules them. The service includes features such as voice-to-task conversion, AI-powered organization, smart notifications, cross-device synchronization, and productivity insights. The service operates on a subscription model with a 7-day free trial.
3.1 Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4.3 Subscription Features: Paid subscriptions include unlimited AI-powered task creation and management, advanced voice processing, intelligent prioritization, smart notifications, cross-device sync, and premium support.
4.4 Payments: All subscription purchases are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5.1 Our Content: Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text (excluding user-provided inputs and AI-generated stories), photographs, graphics on the Service, and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.
5.2 User Data: You retain ownership of your personal task data, including task descriptions, scheduling information, and personal preferences you provide to the Service. By providing such data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including AI processing for task organization and training our models to better serve you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Task Organization and AI Processing: The Service uses AI to process and organize your tasks, provide intelligent suggestions, and optimize your productivity experience. You retain full ownership and control of your task data and may export it at any time. We process your data solely to provide the task management features you've requested.
6.1 Data Processing: The Service processes your voice input and task data using AI to provide intelligent organization and productivity features. All processing is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE AI-GENERATED TASK ORGANIZATION, SCHEDULING SUGGESTIONS, OR OTHER AUTOMATED FEATURES PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PRODUCED ALGORITHMICALLY AND MAY CONTAIN UNEXPECTED OR IMPERFECT ELEMENTS. WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF TASK PROCESSING AND ORGANIZATION, (2) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (3) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE, (4) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (5) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY TASK DATA OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY FEATURES PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICE OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY TASK DATA OR INFORMATION AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
Upon termination, your subscription will be cancelled and access to premium features will be removed, except as required by applicable law. You may export your task data before termination.
These Terms of Use and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Service without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We cannot guarantee the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
